We do not accept returns for any reason. All wheels are sold as-is. Please carefully review all specifications, photos, and product details before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
ALL SALES FINAL POLICY
All purchases from WheelyWich are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
NO RETURNS FOR:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
- Fitment issues or incorrect measurements
- Condition concerns (all flaws documented in photos)
- Color, finish, or cosmetic appearance
- Performance or compatibility with your vehicle
- Any other reason not covered under our limited exceptions below
Why All Sales Final?
Our wheels are unique, used products sourced from Japan. Each set is one-of-a-kind and cannot be easily restocked. We provide extensive photos, detailed specifications, and condition descriptions so you can make an informed decision. This policy allows us to offer competitive pricing while protecting both buyer and seller.
Buyer Responsibility
Before purchasing, you are responsible for:
- Verifying Fitment: Check diameter, width, offset, PCD (bolt pattern), and centerbore against your vehicle's specifications. We are not responsible for fitment issues.
- Inspecting Photos: Review all product photos carefully. Wheels are sold as-is in the condition shown. Cosmetic imperfections, scratches, and wear are normal for used wheels.
- Reading Descriptions: Product descriptions detail known defects, repair history, and condition. Read carefully before purchasing.
- Asking Questions: If you need additional information or photos, contact us BEFORE purchasing. Once the sale is complete, it cannot be reversed.
LIMITED EXCEPTIONS
While all sales are final, we will work with you in the following limited circumstances:
Shipping Damage
If wheels are damaged during shipping (not prior damage documented in photos):
- Inspect package immediately upon delivery. Note any visible damage to the box.
- Take photos of the box, packaging, and wheel damage.
- Contact us within 48 hours at hello@wheelywich.com
- File a claim with the shipping carrier (we will assist with this process)
- If claim is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement
IMPORTANT: Damage claims MUST be filed within 48 hours of delivery. After this window, we cannot assist with claims.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we ship the incorrect wheels due to our error (not fitment issues or buyer misunderstanding):
- Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the wheels received
- Provide your order number and details of the discrepancy
- We will verify the error and arrange return shipping at our expense
- We will send the correct wheels or issue a full refund
This exception applies ONLY when we ship a completely different product than what was ordered (e.g., different brand, model, or specifications). It does not apply to fitment issues or buyer misunderstanding of specs.
WARRANTY POLICY
Used Wheels (As-Is, No Warranty)
Used wheels are sold as-is with no warranty of any kind. All defects, imperfections, scratches, curb rash, and condition issues are documented in photos and descriptions. We encourage professional inspection upon receipt. By purchasing used wheels, you accept them in their current condition with no recourse for defects or issues.
Rebuilt Wheels (90-Day Limited Warranty)
Wheels professionally rebuilt by WheelyWich carry a 90-day limited warranty from date of delivery covering defects in workmanship. This warranty includes:
- Structural failures due to rebuild work
- Loose or failing hardware from rebuild process
- Barrel or face defects related to our rebuild work
- Finish failures on refinished areas (peeling, flaking)
NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:
- Cosmetic imperfections or finish variations
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from improper installation or incorrect torque specs
- Curb damage, road hazards, or impact damage
- Modifications made after purchase
- Corrosion or weathering from improper storage/use
- Pre-existing damage not related to rebuild work
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim for rebuilt wheels, email hello@wheelywich.com with:
- Order number and date of purchase
- Clear photos of the issue from multiple angles
- Detailed description of the problem
- Proof of professional installation (receipt from shop)
We will review your claim within 3-5 business days. If approved, we will repair or replace the wheel(s) at our discretion. Customer is responsible for shipping to us; we will cover return shipping if claim is approved.
Professional Installation Required
CRITICAL: All wheels MUST be professionally installed by a qualified technician. DIY installation, incorrect torque specifications, or improper mounting immediately voids all warranties.We strongly recommend professional alignment and balancing after installation. Wheels should be inspected by a professional before installation to verify condition and suitability.
INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT
We strongly recommend having wheels professionally inspected upon receipt, BEFORE installation:
- Visual inspection for cracks, bends, or structural damage
- Runout test to check for straightness
- Professional fitment verification for your specific vehicle
- Test fit (do not mount tires) to confirm proper fitment
REMEMBER: All sales are final. Once tires are mounted or wheels are installed, you have accepted them as-is.
